Already translated in 2009 by Django, here's Zukkoke Yajikita Onmitsudoutyuu, a RPG better known as XYZ and released in 1987 by HAL.

Besides the DSK version and a guide in French, you'll find in this second edition (announced 15 days too early on MRC !) the ROM version and a map for the beginning of the game.

The Treasure Of USAS French

Second French translation of a great classical Konami ! This time, Django comes with nothing less than The Treasure Of Usas, published in 1987.

For even more fun, the ZIP file includes the original ROM with the Kanji emotion-signs and the alternative ROM with the emotion icons ! Very important : to see the French text, use an European or Brazilian machine !

After 3 long years of waiting time, a new version of this MSX emulator for the DS console is available !

Whats new ?
- compiled with devkitARM r27 and libnds 1.4.0
- used the libfifo library optimised by Cooper
- written a new sound routine (its more clean & faster)
- improved the loader window (its bigger and more convenient)

Especially for the French MSX fans, our friend Django has started with the translation in Molière language of great Konami classical games !

Here's the first one of these translations. It concerns this fabulous puzzle game, enhanced with SCC musics and released in 1988 by Konami. An help file is also provided !

For the fans of game maps and dev versions of openMSX, CheatMSX ia a website that's worth the detour !

Here the new additions :
- a great map of Undeadline, a very difficult shoot-'em-up, published in 1989 by T&E Soft (the map has been made by John Hassink);
- the dev11297 version of openMSX which includes the LaserDisc support and the Reverse Timeline bar.

Shin Ku Gyoku Den English

After a first try (not released on Passion MSX as the website was offline), Django has improved his partial translation of Shin Ku Gyoku Den (New Legendly Nine Gems), published by Tecno Soft in 1988.

Contrary to the first game of the serie, it's a great RPG, similar to YS 1, but with MSX-MUSIC songs !

The game comes with the map of the 1st town and help files in French and English.

Video Nijmegen 2010

On 23 january 2010, Manuel Bilderbeek was organizing the MSX Fair 2010 in Nijmegen.

It was the opportunity to meet Nyyrikki, a living MSX legend and to discover the most recent MSX developments, especially Franky or the way to play Sega Master System games on the MSX computers !

Our friend Walter was there with all his little family and has created a great video of 16 minutes ! Enjoy !

R-Type Menu 1.1

BiFi has improved his additionnal rom for R-Type, published in 1988 by IREM, by adding the HERTZ (50 or 60 Hz) and SPEED options (the FAST mode is for MSXturboR and the MSX2+ Ciel and Panasonic machines).

You insert this ROM in slot 1 and the game needs to be in slot 2. If you press on GRAPH in the boot sequence, the higher configuration will automatically be selected.

To get this ROM, go on the BiFi website, click on Downloads, then on Bugfixes. The RTYPE-FM.LZH file can be unzipped with WinRar.
