Here’s another opportunity to have an amazing week-end in company of old computers fans such as MSX, Atari, Amiga, Amstrad … and the Retro-Gaming Connexion association !
Games in free access, speed coding, presentation of projects for your beloved machines, all this will happen on 29 and 30 May 2010 in Congis-sur-Thérouanne (Seine et Marne – 77440) near Paris. For more details, visit the below mentioned links.

Events : Retro Games Alpes 3

In Spain, the Netherlands or France, the retro gaming is in full extension. The Retro Games Alpes 3 willl happen in Grenoble on the week-end of 16 to 18 mei 2010.
The standard MSX will be present there, thanks to the endless passion of Erikrom. If you are free this week-end, make a detour to Grenoble !

From all the MSX people, the Spanish fans are probably the most passionnate ! Anyway, they organize their 35th RU or meeting of MSX users in Barcelona on Saturday 30 May 2009 !
You can discover there the last creations of some teams :
- Kralizec : the still in development game The Goonies 'R' Good Enough
- Paxanga Soft : the finished game The Cold Blood, a mix of Pac-Man and Metal Gear !
You will also meet our never tired Walter, who'll take this opportunity to make some promo for Passion MSX !

 The website of the French MSX community, MSX Café, has announced that his next convention will happen on Saturday 16 May 2009 at Jipe's house, the expert for repairs and fittings of all kinds.

Events : A quick review of 2008 user-meetings...

Happy new year and all our best wishes for an excellent 2009! The year ahead will be the 26th of the MSX standard who is peacefully living through passionate people from all over the world. And if numerous MSX sites exists to keep the system alive, it is primarily the users that maintain the fun and activity through the organisation of events. Remember only 3 years ago, there were no meetings at all in France. Thanks notably to the efforts of MSX Café, this empty-hole has been reversed totally. Just in 2008 three meetings have been organised in France!
* The MSX Convention in the MO5 premises.
* The Walter's MSX Party in Orléans
* The MSX'mas in Catenoy.
And MSX fans do not only meet in France but also in other corners of the world: in Holland with the MSX Fair in Nijmegen, the TNI meeting for the 25 years of MSX in Amsterdam, the Bonami Fair in Apeldoorn, the MSX beurs of Bussum, the 33rd et 34th RU meetings in Barcelona, MadriSX in Spain, MSXRio in Brazil or even the MSX Info Update in Finland!
Wherever you are, there's always a MSX meeting near you! And let's hope 2009 will be as successful as last years'!

Walter, a long-time MSXian and great supporter of PassionMSX, has the pleasure to announce a new 2-day meeting to celebrate all together - MSX fans and "newbies" from all over Europe - the 25th Anniversary of the MSX system with festivities and a big MSX cake!
So please take your agendas and reserve Saturday and Sunday 26 October to travel and join other fans at Walter's MSX Party , taking place in Orléans, France.
On program are plenty activities but surely also lots of pleasure and enjoyment! Come numerous!
